We are!
The decorating has begun, although I admit we haven't done as much as we'd like to. We have been busy with doctors appointments (I am 28 weeks now and entering my third trimester) and preparing all the details for my new eBook, How to Build a Strong Christian Home, that I will be launching soon--we are soooo excited! But today we are going to get on it and also tackle some deep cleaning to make this house feel fresh after the long winter we have had. I looked up the ten day forecast and saw that we had temps in the 50's coming our way--I am so glad, spring is around the corner!
Last night, my second oldest daughter made these lovely Linzer cookies (pictures to come) which will become a new tradition at our home. We followed this recipe here from Shop Girl, but also added in ground almonds from another recipe. It turned out scrumptious! They taste even better when you refrigerate overnight.
You can find Linzer cookie cutter molds on sale here at Amazon.
We also liked this craft from K. Taylor:
My oldest is going to try this cannoli french toast recipe (after much begging from mom) this weekend from Two Peas and a Pod---doesn't it look amazing? I can't wait to try it, it looks mouth watering!
We also are planning to do several other things off our Valentine's Day Pinterest board. You can check it out here and don't forget to follow us there for more ideas and inspiration for holidays and more!
Hope to see you over there!

Thank you for sharing those ideas! Might have to see if I have the stuff to try the craft with my daughter. Going to go follow on pinterest now. :) Have a blessed evening!
Oh what lovely links! I have always enjoyed your blog and was so overjoyed to hear you are pregnant. I'm the same (29 weeks on Sunday) with baby #6 ... I love that you are having a girl! I have five girls! Enjoy this new stage of pregnancy!
