Graduation Gift Ideas

Do you have a high school or college graduate this year?

This year I am graduating my fourth child and my second son. I feel like my time with him went by so fast and now he has quickly grown into a young man. We have been busy getting him enrolled in college, and he just met with a Marine recruiter a few weeks ago to learn more about the reserves. We are finishing up his last days of school which is somewhat bitter sweet because while I am so happy that he is moving on the next phase, my momma's heart will dearly miss him! He has been working out a ton because he will be doing some football this year.  He recently just bought a new car and will be going from working part-time to full time in the summer. He is a busy young man!

We are planning out his graduation party and and I have been pulling together all the party supplies and other odd and ends. I have also had gifts on the mind so I thought that while I was sifting through some ideas that I would share some with you in case you had a grad that needed a gift or two as well!

Here is the list:

A Bible - every grad needs the light, wisdom, and counsel of the Word of God!

I recently got this one for my son which is great and has the tabs and everything. You can find some for ladies here and I also found this nice Graduation gift Bible pack.

199 Favorite Bible Verses for Graduates

Leather bound journal

Grad Gear

Bracelet

 Pen with Scripture

Inspirational necklace

Gift cards

These make great gifts because they get things they need for their new college dorm room or anything else they would need for their bright new future. If they are going away some food or restaurant gift cards would also come in handy.

God's Promises for Graduates

Coffee mug

Luxuriously Soft Scripture Grad throw blanket

And here are some throws/blankets specifically for the Class of 2019.

Luggage

Basket Gift Sets - like food basket, cleaning supplies for a new dorm or apartment, or personal hygiene (soaps, lotions, etc.).

The Manual to Manhood

This book is not Christian but contains some good basic information for everyday skills that he would need as a man. Here is an inspirational book for ladies.

Don't forget Max Lucado's Pocket Prayers for Graduates: 40 Simple Prayers that Bring Hope and Direction
