Feminism: Have You Bought the Lie?

Feminism is mixed up with the muddled idea

that women are free when they serve their employers

but slaves when they help their husbands."

That is so true, the worst thing women did was start that equal rights movement, it really opened a can of worms for all sorts of trash now, why cannot women be satisfied in who they are and how God made them, the best thing I ever did was marry and have children, being obedient to Christ is the best place in this world to be,

I may be wrong, but I thought feminism was about deciding about being at home or working or a combination of both. All about choice. When my mother got married she had to resign from her job - she had no choice.

Beautiful painting.

I love how Chesterton gets one to think. Another quote about how can it be less to be all things to one child than to be one thing to all people...
I think in the above quote you can see clearly the difference between serving God or mammon. If serving God, neither boss not husband is slavery. And it's not ever been the marriage but sinful nature that corrupts, causes women and men pain. Women (and men) have always worked. It's just, can we work together or do we pull apart, selfishly?
Just my thoughts, late at night.

I've often had this same thought; There is just so much more freedom and life in being a homemaker than becoming a "wage slave", but then, if everyone learned this sneaky secret, where would the socialist engineers get all of their worker ants?
