I've done mashed potatoes in the slow cooker a couple of times. I think I will do it again this year. I love finding ways to make holiday meals less stressful. We were blessed with a brand new electric roaster so the turkey will go in the roaster, potatoes will go in the slow cooker and rolls of course will go in the oven. We used to have to wait for the turkey to come out of the oven first.
