Homemaking Days: Cranberry Pork Tenderloin

The holiday season has begun and I hear that some of you already have snow in some areas so I am sharing the above photo for you! So today we are sharing a recipe that will warm your kitchen, your meal table, and all the tummies you need to feed. Since certain holiday foods are more popular now and can be found at the supermarket on sale I thought I'd share a recipe that uses cranberries.

It is so fun to learn how to cook from home and from scratch and it doesn't have to be hard. Some of the best recipes that I like are the ones that don't have too many ingredients. We try to keep it simple with a large family!

Today we are sharing this super easy Cranberry Pork Tenderloin. We hope you like it!

Cranberry Pork Tenderloin

1 pork tenderloin
spicy brown mustard
1 can whole cranberries
1 1/2 cups water

Directions:

Spray inside of bean pot with olive oil cooking spray

Place meat in pot and coat well with mustard.

Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes until mustard is baked in and browned.

Add cranberries and water. Bake an additional two hours.

This recipe can be adapted to use a covered baking dish or crockpot (cooking times will be longer for a slow cooker).

You can find the pretty bean pot from Celebrating Home.

Enjoy!
