Movie Night: Unconditional

I always appreciate when people share good movies that we can watch since it is hard to find good movies these days that share a good message.

Last week we got a chance to rent the movie Unconditional since it is now available at Redbox. My older adult daughter had gone to the movies with some friends from church to watch it and told me how good it was.

Here is the description:

"Samantha Crawford is living a storybook life: she's happily married, she lives on a ranch where she keeps her beloved horse, and the stories she's told and illustrated since childhood have become published books. When her husband Billy is killed in a senseless act of violence, Sam loses her faith and her will to live. But a death-defying encounter with two children leads to a reunion with Joe, her oldest friend. Inspired by true events, UNCONDITIONAL stars Michael Ealy and Lynn Collins. As Sam watches "Papa" Joe care for and love the kids in his under-resourced neighborhood, she begins to realize that no matter life's circumstances, God's love is always reaching out to us."

Here is the trailer:

This movie has some scenes that would not be suitable for younger children but has a great redemptive message at the end which is worth the watch maybe for a date night at home with your husband or with older children.  If you are looking for a clean movie that keeps you captivated and might make you cry, this is it!

Hope you enjoy it!

**If you prefer to watch it on Amazon live stream you can get it here for just $3.99.**

Or place a hold on it at Redbox HERE.

Thanks so much for recommending this movie! It was excellent and based on a true story. My pillow was wet as the credits rolled. I highly recommend it as well.
