How fun! I have not heard of this event, but it sounds wonderful. What a great way to tie history into a fun, feminine activity!!
My favorite time period has to be the 40s-50s. My husband and I love everything from the fashions to the music and everything in between.
I love everything from the 1940s and earlier, but I do have a special love for Edwarding and Victorian eras....and anything that reminds me of Anne of Green Gables :) Have a great Sunday. Love and hugs from the ocean shores of California, Heather :)
What a wonderful event!
I can't pick a favorite time period, anything from the 1880s-1940s works for me :-)
When the movie Titanic came out I made a complete set of paper dolls with dresses I made from books on fashion of 1912.
Dear Torrie,
We love the different time periods as well and even go as far as going to events and dressing up for them!
Many blessings...
Dear Heather,
LOVE the Victorian era too!
Many blessings...
Dear Jess,
That sounds fascinating, if you ever do a blog post be sure to send us the link so we can check it out!
