Proverbs 31-How to Make Money From Home

Just recently I posted a linkup and all of you wonderful ladies shared with me all of your great ideas of how you made money from working at home. Many of you shared creative and inspiring ways of how you do it and stirred up all of our creative juices to help our families financially.

Now I would like to share with you how I make money at home.

But first let me share a little of my past with you--many of you know that I have 8 children (yes, eight!) and before they were all little and I was pretty busy just raising these little ones but now they are older. I knew I wanted to help my husband by bringing in more income but just didn't know which avenue to pursue and which would be a wise investment of my time. I didn't just want to pour my heart and soul into something to get a small return or nothing back. I remember asking God for wisdom and guidance to show me where to best put my hard-earned efforts at and that I would obey wherever He pointed.

Now I am working from my home by advertising on my blog! When I first opened it up to advertising it was amazing--I had my first customer in 2 days and now I have made well over a thousand in only a few short weeks. I am not sharing this with you to boast (remember, we only boast in God and always give Him all the credit) but to let you know that it is lucrative and can be done by anyone. Since then, I have also learned how to bring in several different streams of income through my blog and make money when I am sleeping and/or actually away from the blog!

Now remember, I started this blog as a ministry--it will always be that. This is where I pour out my heart and soul to you--my dear readers! I will never compromise that, but you can imagine my surprise of the realization that I could do what I LOVED and was passionate about (encouraging and teaching women through blogging) and also make money on the side.

I work on my own time schedule in the comfort of my home with my children safely in my care. I didn't have any start up costs. The best part is that I get to promote some awesome companies and get to host some fun giveaways. Now I would love to teach you how to do it too!

If you are interested in how to do this, I would be happy to show you how! I have started consulting and would love to share my experience, valuable tips, and much more.

My heart is to see moms being able to help moms make money at home. I know that especially in these challenging times with the economy not looking good that this information can be very helpful so I would love to help everyone to be able to do the same for just $100. Services will include:

-personal critique of your blog/or how to start one
-how to build/grow traffic to your blog
-1 personal phone consultation
-how to advertise and do giveaways

-private consulting through email, instant messaging or phone (optional)
-access the private site for my personal notes
-other ways to earn income through your blog

Here is what a satisfied client had to say:

"Mrs. Fuentes gave me clear and precise instructions on how to advertise on my blog.  The information she shared with me is invaluable.  Since implementing a few simple tips, my blog traffic has increased by 50%. Mrs. Fuentes consulted with me via telephone and email.  The services I received was well worth the money I paid.  By the end of our time together, I knew exactly what to do to begin advertising. I highly recommend Wise Woman Consulting to any woman looking to work from home.  It is hard work, but effort and diligence will pay off in the end.  Wise Woman has successfully proven that making money from your blog is profitable and rewarding."

  2. Dearest June,

I've been motivated to do the same with my blog. I've been praying and seeking the right opportunity. God is so good. You mentioned we could ask you questions and you would be happy to answer them. I have one question which I hope you can answer.

Did someone teach you how to do what you are presently doing with your blog or did you learn on your own through researching, etc..?

  3. Dear LadyKara,

I will contact you today via email. Thank you for inquiring!

    Dear Jasmine,

At first a sweet friend shared with me and taught me the ropes she helped to give me direction, wise counsel and insight into the world of advertising after that I learned alot through trial and error and experience--I have also done much research as well. But there is nothing like someone teaching your personally how to do it! You can ask them questions and get more insight that pertains to you personally and that is more than what you can get anywhere else. THAT is invaluable.

Hope that helps--if you have more questions let me know.

    Many blessings...

  4. June, thank you and I agree - mentoring is the best way to go. One more question before I make a decision - please. Thank you for your patience.

  6. Dear Jasmine,

I only started the being an affiliate within the last few days. Most of what I am teaching has nothing to do with that although I will touch on it.

Hope this helps and thanks for your great questions!

  13. June,

I don't have a blog (yet), but I am interested in doing this. I want to supplement our income and have been racking my brain lately on how I should go about this, similar to your story.

I homeschool my daughter, my son just graduated. We are also in the process of moving, so I would need to put off starting a blog for a while.

I would like more information and advice on this! janereese9296@gmail.com

  16. Good Morning June,

I am interested in speaking to you about getting a blog started. I have already secured a spot on blogger. To be honest, we live in Nevada where things are really slow right now. Do you really feel like this is something that any woman could profit from? Your blog is so beautiful, and I've followed it for so long, but what about a newbie? Still a success? I love to write and would enjoy this project. Could you be in prayer for me and also e-mail me? Alis

  27. Mrs Fuentes,

I've often thought about blogging myself. The last 5 years the Lord has carried me through some ruff situations and through those situations He has taught me so much. I would love to share with whoever would want to read it. I did not know there was a way to make money from blogging. I recently quit my job to home-school my oldest daughter. I will start homeschooling my 1st grader in August. She is ADHD and has a LD so I've been researching different ways to teach her. We have hit hard times and we are now a month behind on our mortgage and one of our car payments. I know things can get so much worse so I'm thankful that we are only 1 month behind. However, I've been struggling about going back to work. I don't really feel at peace with going back to work but I don't know what else to do. Reading through your site reminded me that I'm exactly where the Lord wants me to be. I would love the opportunity to work with you on getting started with a blog and advertising but I do not have 75 dollars to spare right now. However, I will do some research on my end and pray about it. You never know what the Lord will provide for if its in His plan. I hope in the future to be able to work with you. Please keep me and my family in your prayers.

    Thank you,

    Jennifer

  28. Dear Jennifer,

I am so sorry to hear about your situation--times are tough for so many right now. I totally understand and that is why for the month of December I have discounted my rates to just $50. Not only that, but I am allowing new clients to pay in payments. They pay $25 now to lock in the special discount and $25 later before their scheduled appointment, this has been a helpful option to many since it is more affordable. I will be praying for you, and if this is something you are interested in now or in the future you may email me privately. In the meantime, I will be praying for your situation to improve.

    Many blessings...
