They shared that their new movie, Unsung Hero, and now it is out in theaters!
WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
When David Smallbone's music company collapses, he moves his family from Australia to the United States to search for a brighter future. Struggling to make ends meet, the couple soon realize the talents of their children, who go on to become two of the most successful acts in contemporary Christian music.
WHO IS IN IT?
Joel Smallbone plays his father (he told us it was great therapy to do so!), Candace Cameron Bure, and Rebecca St. James are some names you might recognize.
CHECK OUT THE TRAILER:
I went to go see it with three of my sons and my youngest daughter who is nine. I didn't realize that the artist Rebecca St. James was their older sister until somewhere in the middle of the movie. It was a great and we highly recommend it--be sure to bring some tissue paper with you too!
