I agree with you! Children have some many "babysitters" in their lives instead of mom and dad. Family is so very important and it makes a child's life so much happier and stronger.
We have shucked our responsibilities for so long now that we have a generation that we struggle to know God. This is certainly something we should all quote, whether blogging or other sources!
I also liked what I saw when someone was circulating this post on Facebook:
“God has designed your family —not the youth group, not the children’s ministry, not the Christian [or Government] school, but your family —as the principle EDUCATING agent in your children’s lives.”
Thank you for this WONDERFUL reminder. Sometimes I start questioning myself when everyone else starts to question. I love these God-incidences (rather than co-incidences. God Bless! Shellie
I totally agree. You have a beautiful blog. Also I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for adding me to your blog roll. I have had so many visitors from that link. Many blessings to you dear sister in Christ.
We cannot give this God-given authority to the leaders of the church. We need to stand up and say, "We want our children back, we need to obey God in this."
Oh how true this is! So good to reflect on this often. I tell myself, whether I'm being a godly reflection of the Lord or whether I'm struggling in the flesh, I'm constantly training my son who is always watching, always taking it in. Thanks for sharing this!

Amen and Amen. June, I found a family integrated church. It has been a blessing for the entire family.
Please keep us in prayer.
