It's good to study these different names to remember the character of God which is helpful during praise and worship, during prayer, and especially when going through trials.
I have always wanted to learn and memorize them myself.

JEHOVAH ROHI - THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD
JEHOVAH SHAMMAH - THE LORD IS THERE OR THE LORD IS PRESENT
JEHOVAH MAKKEH - THE LORD WHO SMITES
EMMANUEL - GOD WITH US
JEHOVAH TSURI - THE LORD IS MY ROCK
EL OLAM - THE EVERLASTING GOD OR ETERNAL GOD
