    How exciting to be invited to the wedding but yes, it would be a disappointment not to go. But you have a very valid reason, of course. Weddings just seem to do that sometimes. My niece got married in Vegas and there's no way we could have gone.

    Our son got married in another city because that's where our daughter-in-law and her family was from. Fortunately we were able to drive to it and stay in a hotel for a couple of nights. But making arrangements for the rehearsal dinner took a bit of planning, lol!
