Simpler and Quieter

 




Go to the foot of the cross.



It’s amazing how things look

 so much simpler

 and so much quieter 

when we go to the foot of the cross.

    Oh how true. The hymn, Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus is now resonating in my head. ......."and the things on earth grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace."

    This reminds me of the book of Philippians where we are urged to tell Jesus everything that would lead us to fret. He's got it all under control. Beautiful post.
