  2. Mrs. Rabe,

I bought it during a Christmas sale last year and was pleased with the fact that is was a large, thick, hardcover book--something you can't tell from the image on the website. It is also full of great practical information for any woman raising a family!

    Many blessings...

  3. In addition to seeing some familiar blogs, I've been finding some great new Christian blogs over at the Circle of Moms site. I was sad to see the witchcraft blogs being added into that category, and I can't help praying for those who are caught up in that culture.

  4. I've been glad to vote for you and other Christian bloggers in the top 25 faith list.

I also bought the book last year on it's introductory sale and was surprised, but pleased, by it's large size and sturdy construction. We have a smaller family, but any efficiency in homemaking gives us more time to grow in our personal interests and bless others outside of the home and there's a lot of good advice in that book.

  7. I stopped by this blog to wish you well in the voting for the Top 25 Faith blogs.

I know that there is some misinformation about Pagans out there, so I thought I'd just say that I am a mom just like anyone else. I pray for my family, I'm a PTO mom, I have friends of practically every faith (who are very accepting of my beliefs). I am active in interfaith activities in my community and have worked with the mayor of my town on several projects. I am an ordained minister and leader of a great women's group that raises money for charity and collects food for the local food bank.

And yes, I consider myself a witch. I don't worship satan, I don't cast curses. I help my kids make clay volcanoes, hope they grow into happy adults and love my family and neighbors.

I'm not so different from any of you. I wish you all well, and I wish this blog good luck staying in the Top 25.
