Today is my 37th birthday---I was told I was born a minute after the Fourth of July.
I am grateful to the Lord for 37 years of glorious life and 14 years of being a new creation. I would not be here if it were not for His mighty saving hand that spared me from myself!

I am so touched by your post--what a great b-day 'gift' you have given me! The Lord is doing a mighty work in your life---I praise Him because He is exalted through your life and He gets all the glory and praise. Keep up the good work He has called you to---and know that He is pleased with you, His daughter. It is not always easy to make decisions for Him, but as I've learned along the way---we come to a point in our lives that we need to listen to His voice and His voice alone. Even if it contradicts what man 'knows'---from the beginning of time the Word of God has contradicted our feeble knowledge and still continues to today. We are challenged to live a life that dies for Him, at all costs, ignoring the rest of the world.
Nadine, continue building up your sacred home for your King and the world--to be a light for Christ to them and raising the next generation that will fight for Him.
